If they have an Android device, customers should:
- Go to Settings and select General management
- Select Reset
- Select Factory data reset
- Confirm by selecting Reset, then Delete all
If they have an Apple device, customers should:
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone/iPad
- Tap Erase All Content and Settings to completely remove all data from the iPhone or iPad
